At Head Office, Noida
Mr. M. C. Bansal,
(66), is the Chief Financial Officer of the
Company w.e.f. 01.02.2019 and has been nominated
by KRIBHCO. He is a member of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a
bachelor degree in Commerce from the Delhi
University. Mr. Bansal has over 36 years of
professional experience in Accounting and
Finance functions. He is responsible for
accounting and financial functions of the
Company.
Mr. Bipin C. Phuloria,
(54), is the Company Secretary of our Company
since February, 2007. He is a member of the
Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has
over 27 years of experience in dealing with
Legal and Secretarial matters. Earlier he was
associated with Brightpoint India Private
Limited as Legal Manager. He is responsible for
secretarial and legal matters.
At Plant, Shahjahanpur
Mr. Vijay Bangar,
(60),
Vice President (Works) is the head of Works at
Shahjahnapur w.e.f. 10.02.2025. He is a
Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of
Engineering, Delhi University with professional
experience of more than 35 years. Prior to
joining us, Shri Vijay Bangar was holding
position of Executive Director (Unit Incharge)
of NFL Vijaipur Unit. He has earlier served in
RFCL, Ramagundam and National Fertilizers
Limited, Vijaipur and Nangal.
