Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav, is the Director and Chairman of our Company since inception i.e. December 2005. He is also the Chairman of KRIBHCO. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Education and Law, Master’s degree in Science and Ph.D. in Maths from Bundelkhand University. He has more than 42 years of experience as Agriculturalist and Co-operator. Earlier he was the Chairman of UP Cooperative Marketing Federation and Bundelkhand Vikas Nigam. Dr. Yadav was a member of legislative Assembly Uttar Pradesh between 1996 & 2001 and also elected Member of Parliament in 14thLok Sabha (2004-2009) from Jhansi U.P. He was also the Member of Parliament (in Rajya Sabha) through Samajwadi Party (2014-2020).

Mr. Sudhakar Chowdary Vallabhaneni, is a Director of our Company since February, 2020. He is an Engineering Graduate in Industrial Production. He is an eminent industrialist in the State of Andhra Pradesh and is Managing Director of Mohan Spintex India Limited. He is also the elected Director in KRIBHCO since 2005 and a member of KRIBHCOs Executive Committee and Audit Committee. He is the managing committee member of South India Mills Association (SIMA) and Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI). He is also associated with Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation since May, 2010.

Mr. Sunder Singh Yadav, is a Director of our Company since March, 2022. He has had with him a total experience of 34 years and presently he is Director (HR) of KRIBHCO. He is B.Tech (Electronics and Communications) and IES 1989 and has also done his Masters in Public Management from London School of Economics. Prior to this he had worked as Chief Executive Officer – Gramin Vikas Trust. He had also worked on deputation as Director in National Disaster Management Authority, Govt. of India from 2009 to 2011 and as Director in Election Commission of India from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Raman Govind Rajan, is an Independent and non-executive Director of our Company since 20th March, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) and MBA from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, UK. He has around 43 years of experience in various industries, including Gas Processing, Gas Pipelines, LPG Pipelines, Petrochemicals and refining, Project consultancy and Fertilizers etc. He rose to the position of Executive Director (Project Development) at GAIL (India) Limited. He has also served as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of two public sector undertakings (PSUs) – PDIL and RCF. Currently He is an Independent Director on the Board of M/s JNK India Limited, Thane and also giving Advisory /Technical services to various organizations after superannuation.

Ms. (Dr.) Bindiya Bansal, is an Independent and non-executive Director of the Company since 20th March, 2024. She is Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from V. S. Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore having more than 27 years’ experience in Implantology, Laser Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. She is passionate about serving underserved communities through social initiatives. She has organized and participated in medical camps for unprivileged women in association with NGO WATER and a participant in Cancer Screening Camps conducted by MANDALA INDIA and MANDALA USA. She is also a member of Women’s Wing of FICC.

Mr. Ravi Kumar Chopra, is the Managing Director of the company. He has joined the Company on 7th November, 2016 as Vice President (Works). Shri Chopra is a Chemical Engineer and a Fellow member of Institute of Engineers, India (IEI). He has with him a total experience of over 43 years. Prior to joining us he was working as Executive Director with National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) Vijaipur (M.P.)
