Safety First Culture
Safety is a top priority at KFL, reflected in our well-structured systems and proactive culture:
- The plant operates with a dedicated Fire & Safety Department, supported by a highly organized housekeeping and accident-prevention program.
- Regular fire drills and emergency mock drills are conducted onsite to ensure preparedness.
- Advanced gas monitoring and detection systems are installed at critical toxic gas handling areas.
- Employees are equipped with international-standard personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe working conditions.
- Both the Plant Safety Committee and the Central Safety Committee are highly active in enforcing safety standards.
- A clearly articulated “Safety, Health & Environment Policy” is widely publicized and strictly followed across the organization
Fire Station
There is one fire station in the complex manned round-the-clock. Which is equipped with the latest fire control equipment’s.
Employee Health & Wellness
Periodic medical check-ups and occupational health monitoring are carried out for all employees.
Our in-house hospital provides immediate care to workers and also supports nearby communities through medical camps.
Health awareness programs, wellness campaigns, and hygiene education are part of regular employee engagement.

A newly established dental care facility offering preventive and restorative dental treatments for employees and their dependents.

In accordance with environmental clearance conditions, we also publish six-monthly compliance reports on our website:
- Compliance Report – Environmental Clearance 1993.
- Compliance Report – Environmental Clearance 2008.
