Employment Generation
KFL provides direct and indirect employment opportunities to local villagers residing near the factory, supporting rural livelihoods and skill development.
Emergency Fire Services
The company’s fire tenders are deployed in support of the district during major fire emergencies, extending our safety infrastructure to the wider community.
Hazard Response Support
KFL’s technical teams and equipment are made available during toxic gas leak emergencies, aiding authorities in safe and professional incident management.
Medical Camps
Medical camps are organized in the villages of Piprola and Kesurai through KFL’s in-house hospital. Free medicines and medical consultations are provided, and the initiative is well-received by local residents.
Widow Pension Scheme
KFL runs a regular pension scheme for widows, currently benefiting 186 women from surrounding villages by ensuring consistent financial assistance.
Village Drain Cleaning
Every year, before the monsoon season, drain channels in Piprola village are cleaned to prevent waterlogging and protect residents from potential flooding.
Support to Shaheed Udyan
KFL contributes regularly to the upkeep and maintenance of Shaheed Udyan in Shahjahanpur, as a tribute to national heroes and public heritage.
