Kribhco Fertilizers Limited (KFL) 
is a manufacturing organization offering career opportunities at its Shahjahanpur facility, primarily for Degree and Diploma holders in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, and related disciplines.

Modes of Recruitment:
KFL recruits suitable candidates through the following channels:
a). Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) – Typically once a year (May/June)
b). Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) – Typically once a year (May/June)
c). Lateral Recruitment – For experienced professionals, based on organizational needs
GETs are selected through campus recruitment drives conducted at reputed engineering colleges and universities. Post induction, their performance is evaluated annually, and high performers are offered long-term roles within the company.
