KRIBHCO Fertilizers Limited 
The Company was incorporated on December 8, 2005 pursuant to a joint venture agreement between KRIBHCO and the Shyam Group for acquiring the urea manufacturing facilities at Shahjahanpur from Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. in the shareholding ratio of 60:40. Subsequently, the shareholding ratio between KRIBHCO and the Shyam group was revised to 85:15 & 92.5:7.5 on 30/03/2009 & 30/11/2015 respectively. On 13/04/2016, the Shyam group has exercised its exit option for the remaining equity. Accordingly w.e.f. 21/04/2016, the entire shareholding of the company being held by KRIBHCO. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from KRIBHCO SHYAM FERTILIZERS LIMITED to KRIBHCO FERTILIZERS LIMITED w.e.f. 03/06/2017.
Kribhco Fertilizers Limited (KFL) ,manufactures nitrogenous fertilizer viz. urea through its integrated Neem Coated Urea and Ammonia manufacturing facility at Shahjahanpur in the State of Uttar Pradesh in India. KFL is the Brownfield Urea Plant in India- commissioned in November 1995. The Fertilizer Plant is strategically located in North India, right in the middle of a high Urea consumption belt and based on Natural Gas as feedstock supplied through the Hazira-Vijaypur-Jagdishpur ("HVJ") gas pipeline.
The Fertilizer Plant is located at Village Piprola, on State Highway No. 29 and is about 12 km from the District Headquarters of Shahjahanpur.
Kribhco Fertilizers Limited (KFL) manufactures Ammonium Bicarbonate (ABC) as an integral part of its fertilizer production operations. ABC is based on integrated process utilizing form ammonia and CO2., ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing industrial waste.

The management control of the Company is with KRIBHCO, a cooperative society engaged in manufacturing nitrogenous and bio-fertilizers since 1980. KRIBHCO’s long and valuable experience in fertilizer sector provides the Company the advantage of their management expertise and business know-how. The Company leverages on the extensive marketing and distribution network of KRIBHCO, under which our products are marketed. The Company also has access to

’ brand, which is a well-established and respected brand amongst farmers and co-operative societies across India. The urea is sold under the Pradhanmantri Bhartiya Jan Uravarak Pariyojna named as “BHARAT UREA” and the Ammonium BiCarbonate under the brand named as “ANANT”.
