Our Distribution Network
The entire production of Neem Coated Urea from Kribhco Fertilizers Limited (KFL)
is marketed by KRIBHCO under a formal marketing agreement. KRIBHCO leverages its robust national network, along with KFL’s own dealers, to ensure timely and wide-reaching distribution of urea across India.
With a presence in over 16 states, KRIBHCO’s marketing strategy utilizes a multi-channel distribution model to serve both rural and semi-urban agricultural zones effectively.
Key Marketing Channels
-
Cooperative Societies
KRIBHCO works closely with a multi-tier cooperative structure to ensure last-mile fertilizer availability:
- Apex Federations
- District/Taluka Marketing Societies
- Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and other village-level cooperatives
-
Institutional Agencies
Large-scale institutional partnerships further support outreach:
- Agro Industries Corporations (AICs)
- State agencies such as Land Reclamation Corporations and other specialized bodies
-
Krishak Bharati Sewa Kendras (KBSKs)
KBSKs serve as farmer service centers operated directly under KRIBHCO. These centers act as:
- One-stop agri-input outlets for fertilizers, seeds, and micronutrients
- Platforms for agronomic advice, soil testing, and field demonstrations
- Centers for promoting best practices in sustainable and efficient farming
Through KBSKs, KRIBHCO strengthens its grassroots connect and supports farmers beyond just product supply.
Company’s Own Dealer Network
KFL’s dealer network includes around 1,113 registered dealers across 11 Indian states, including:
- Uttar Pradesh
- Uttarakhand
- Haryana
- Punjab
- Rajasthan
- Bihar
- Odisha
- Chhattisgarh
- Jharkhand
- Madhya Pradesh
- West Bengal
These dealers are key to ensuring reliable supply, promotional outreach, and support services at the regional level.
We continuously explore new and improved ways to strengthen our distribution model to better serve the Indian farming community. Additional channels and outreach platforms may be added as per future requirements.
